We are a medium sized practice of Structural Engineers and Surveyors based in Maidstone, Kent .

We carry out Structural Engineering design of offices, shops, housing, schools, industrial development, roads and bridges. We also specialise in structural surveys for property purchase, building failure investigations and the specification and arrangement of subsequent repairs. This is usually in the form of subsidence, fire, impact and flood insurance claims.

Our Ethos

The Ethos of our Practice is that we like to take on most types of commission, from the small one-off beam design for a house extension to the large new build development project with a build value of £35 million, or the unusual; a transportation platform for a replica military plane. However, regardless of the size or nature of work our staff will work closely with clients to offer a bespoke service which suits their individual requirement, timescales and budget. We are proud that this approach has maintained our client relationships for many years.
