Staff in the early years of their career can benefit from supported day release in order to pursue further study at college or university. Those with the qualifications are then assisted through to Chartered Status. And more senior staff are encouraged to maintain continual professional development but also to seek career progression through the Practice. Performance and achievement is discussed at twice yearly staff review meetings, at which training plans are made for the future.
At PBA there is no rigid structure which restricts the development and growth of its staff. We encourage all our staff to broaden their horizons and gain experience and knowledge in new areas of the business. Responsibility is obtained on the basis of ability and rewarded accordingly. Your career progression will not be restricted because you have to wait for someone to leave before you can be promoted. There simply are no boundaries.
